How can you tell when Carney will fail to honour his promises? When his lips are moving. Carney is destroying Canada!
Not only is Conman Carney keeping Justin’s “gun grab” but, like any good carnival trickster, he promises us “bright shiny baubles” while he steals us blind.
Carney got elected by promising to defend Canada from Trump, but he dropped his elbows as soon as the election was over.
Carney is a poseur
Carney rejected becoming the 51st state, but he kowtows to China!
Carney calls in “diversification,” but it boils down to having sold Canada to the Chinese Communists. Carney is flooding Canada with cheap Chinese EVs.
And now he is also flirting with the decadent EU. Such dalliances will not rescue Canada’s economy.
Who will defend us from conman Carney and the Liberals?
Despite urging Canadians “to rethink its dependence on the U.S,” Carney “is more personally enmeshed with the United States than any other prime minister in Canada’s history,” as Tristin Hopper says in the National Post.
Consider:
Almost all of his multi-million-dollar portfolio is in U.S. assets.
Half of Carney’s children live in the U.S.
His wife was recently working for a U.S. company.
He is Canada’s only prime minister to receive his undergraduate degree from a U.S. university.
And one of his last acts before entering politics was to help move one of Canada’s largest corporations to a new home on U.S. soil.
Conman Carney is destroying Canada
Carney personally profits when the US economy grows … even when Canada’s fails. The Parliamentary ethics committee is concerned about Carney’s investments. He won’t comply.
Carney has not rolled back Justin Trudeau’s Green regulations that stifled fossil-fuel investment.
An RBC report released (mid-April) confirmed that new investment in Canada has completely collapsed during the Liberals’ tenure in power. “Between 2015 and 2024, more than $1 trillion of investment exited Canada — the largest capital exodus in Canadian history,” the report says. “For every dollar of inward FDI, two dollars exited.” Partly as a result, GDP per capita growth, the best indicator we have of standard of living, has been less than one per cent the last decade, by far the lowest of any period since the Great Depression, Carson Jenema reported in the National Post.
Carney signed a memorandum of agreement (MOU) with Alberta new bitumen pipeline built connecting Alberta to B.C. tidewater, but he has already broken his promises.
Carney is destroying Canada!
Carney promised to unleash the economy, but Carney and the Liberals – instead of rolling back Justin Trudeau’s destructive policies – Carney imposed another Ottawa bureaucracy – the Major Projects Office – to “manage” economic growth.
Why not just deregulate the economy?
Thanks to Carney, investors are losing trust in Canada. Chevron has pulled out of Alberta and committed to Venezuela.
After winning the 2025 election, the Carney passed legislation [Bill C-5] to give the Liberals sweeping powers to rapidly build major projects in Canada — the One Canadian Economy Act, which became law in June of last year.
“How many projects has he approved since June with those new powers? Not one single new major project, not one oil pipeline, not one port, nothing,” Poilievre said.
Instead, Conman Carney backs Justin’s “high speed” train between Toronto and Quebec. No new pipelines for Western Canada – but a boondoggle for his hangers on in Central Canada. [Where the reliable Liberal votes are]. Carney promises this boondoggle will only cost taxpayers $90 billion. But when has the cost of a Liberal scheme (if delivered) been under budget?
Canada is now poorer than Alabama!
After a year of Carney in power, Canada is poorer, weaker and more expensive to live in, Poilievre pointed out.
Rich Canadians can see that Carney is driving Canada over a cliff, many are fleeing to the US.
The exodus has spooked the Liberals, Carney is even floating an “exit tax” for anyone leaving the country. Up to $500,000!
“Government cannot make man richer, but it can make him poorer.”
– Ludvig Von Mises
Canada needs to invest $1.8 trillion over the next decade in six key sectors, says RBC.
Is it too late for Carney to discover the “sunk cost fallacy” and abandon the boondoggle of attempting to confiscate hundreds of thousands of hunting and sporting firearms?
Carney is destroying Canada!
