B&T USA is making a big investment in its American manufacturing footprint, and the company says customers should start seeing the benefits almost immediately.

The firearms and suppressor manufacturer announced this week that it has significantly expanded its production facility in Herriman, Utah, transforming what was a small operation into a full-scale manufacturing hub in less than a year.

The numbers tell the story. When B&T USA began upgrading the 88,000-square-foot facility in late 2025, the operation consisted of just three employees, two industrial 3-D printers and a single CNC machine. Today, the Utah location employs more than 55 people and operates nine industrial 3-D printers along with seven CNC machines.

The expansion also brings nearly every stage of production under one roof. Product design, machining, 3-D printing, Cerakoting, engraving, assembly and shipping are now all handled at the Herriman facility, giving the company greater control over quality while reducing turnaround times. According to B&T USA, the operation is now capable of producing up to 7,000 suppressors per month.

The hiring spree wasn’t limited to machinists, either. B&T added experienced customer service representatives from within the firearms and suppressor industry, along with dedicated quality assurance, assembly, shipping and receiving teams to support the expanded operation.

For years we’ve been committed to American innovation, engineering, manufacturing and jobs,” said B&T USA CEO Ridley Key. The expansion of our Utah facility with advanced technology, additional equipment and experienced staff provides an unshakable foundation for us to enhance that commitment and to offer elevated service to our customers, retail partners, U.S. military and government partners, and our employees. And we’re just getting started.”

For suppressor buyers, dealers and distributors, the announcement should translate into faster production, improved customer support and tighter quality control as demand for suppressors continues to grow.

It’s also another sign that manufacturers are continuing to invest heavily in U.S.-based production. Rather than relying on overseas manufacturing or scattered operations, B&T is expanding its domestic capabilities with an eye toward long-term growth.

Congratulations to the team at B&T USA on a major milestone. If the company’s plans continue on their current trajectory, this likely won’t be the last expansion announcement coming out of Herriman. Learn more HERE.
